Their are a few rumours about John Barrowman returning to Doctor Who in Series 4, im not sure if these are rumours or confirmations. Also no more news on Billie Piper returning to Doctor Who, the official bbc site only saying that she will be returning, but anything else thats written on the net is just rumour.
Also, an interview with John Barrowman on ScifiWire, he talks about playing Captain Jack and how long he thinks he will be playing his character, "If i was asked to play Captain Jack for the next 5 or 6 years, i would do so with a big smile on my face" and talking about how long Torchwood will last, "Lets hope we get Season 3, 4 and maybe Season 5" Catch the full interview @ ScifiWire.
